What did my Exercise Look Like Last Week?

Here's a break down of what I did to stay fit last week.. 

Monday- Ran 6.0 miles, 10 min, cross country ski 4.0 miles, YMCA Pilate Reformer (core workout)1 hr
Tuesday - Ran 6.0 miles, 10 minute abs, cross country ski 4.0 miles, 
Wednesday- Ran 6.0 miles, 15 min weights, Ski 4.0, YMCA Body flow 60 min
Thursday - Ran 6.0 miles,  weights/abs 10 min, X ski 4.0
Friday- Ran 6.0 Miles, X-ski 4.0
Saturday - Ran 6.0 Miles , downhill skied 7 hours
Sunday - Ran 6.0 miles, weights/abs 15 min, ( TBD xski 4.0 

Totals:
# hours running 7 = 42 miles
# hours skiing 6 = 24 miles
# hours abs/weights = 65 minutes
# hours of class exercises = 2 hours
Total # hours worked out = 15 hours
Total # of miles ran/ski = 66 miles

I determined that I got a little sore from the yoga.. not a whole lot but a little. Felt great!
