Revise.. Refresh.. Rewind...

I had to revise my workout plan this morning. I had to go it alone. I certainly didn't want to miss out on a nice morning bike ride just because Steve didn't want to go... I think its a great way to warm up for my running... 
 It is kind of refreshing to go your own pace and stop when you want without having to discuss it with whom ever your biking with.. I can do as I feel like.. 
 I always over dress to bike and get super hot.. 


 This is what I see while biking.. that's why I look forward to running and biking.. the great outdoors...
After my 9.1mile mountain bike ride.. I ran 4 miles then wanted to ride my red Tri bike and do a hill 4 mile workout.. Done for today....
