The New "8"

I like mixing things up when I run. That's why I decided why run just 7 miles when I can run 8 very hilly miles with a 4 mile break between. This is my new 8! 
I hardly broke a sweat during the first 4.. and my feet felt terrific!
I'm a little more sweaty after 8, but felt like I could run even more.. I've read that you shouldn't increase your miles more then 10% a week.
Steve rode out to meet me on the new bike.. 7 minutes into his ride and he got a flat tire... Guess we do need to carry an extra tire. I now will be learning to change a tire!
