On a Quest

At the gym I see a chalk sign that says " Your on a Quest... Don't stop". What motto do you have? 

We had a pretty amazing sunrise this morning ..I took this on our drive home from the gym. 

You know it's going to be a great day when it starts out this pretty... 

The kids joined me and Steve in our daily planks. It was kind of fun having us all do it together.. they tried to make us laugh.. 

Celina and Logan thought we should add superman's and holding our legs up. Might not be a bad idea?
