After yesterdays extreme workouts.. I'm back to getting up at 4:30am.. and going to the gym to do my cross ramp running for an hour.. 6 miles.. followed by abs, arms (tri/bi) and chest weights.. I actually thought I'd be able to do some trail running today..
Look what we saw in our driveway this morning.. 2 Mallard Ducks.. that's what I love about running outside.. all the wildlife..
