Here's a day in photos of what I eat....
Breakfast 1 slice whole grain bread with chunky Peanut butter - natural.
Lunch the whole can of Veggie Soup.. Still hungry so I had another slice of whole grain bread with PB
A little chocolate... oops!
My downfall 3:30pm snack.. 1 Chocolate Pudding cup.
Still wanted to snack at 4pm.. so I made microwave popcorn and ate the whole bag..5 or 6 cups
What is dinner going to be? Brussels sprouts.. the whole package
After dinner.. 1 toasted English muffin with jelly.. 1 raspberry and the other apple jelly.
