I'm so good at avoiding cooking. Instead I decide to make breakfast for dinner.. Homemade waffles.
It's a good thing I ate healthy for lunch today and had my zucchini/onions with tomato sauce. Not sure why I had to finish lunch with a box of Jr.Mints? All the training.. running, biking and swimming I do.. I never feel like I'm gaining fitness.. but maintaining. When I do more I get really tired. So much that I spend the rest of the day being as lazy as I can.. I'm not sure this is really a good plan. I know it's important to rest... and who doesn't like to rest?
Back to laying on the couch.. I've had a hard day after all..
