Improved?

Am I improving? Not so sure? I need to figure out a better way to measure any improvements I'm making. I really want that GPS watch as I think it would help me figure out how fast I run a mile.. of course I know I could figure out where the mile marks are on my running routes then make a mental note as I run each mile. 

But do I want to? No...
